July 2nd may be the best day ever. (well behind our wedding and maybe a couple other days) Pigs have flown. We watched the first live show with Dave Gilmour and Roger Waters together in 20 years. Holy freaking crap. Rob and I had the show streaming on the computer, the XM going in the car and the Tivo taping. Technology is a beautiful thing.
The reason they got together? The G8 is meeting to discuss world policy. So, in a way Bush is the reason that they reunited. Thanks GW. You finally did one thing right. Evil is a powerful thing, and even the Floyd recognize that. Oops, i got on a tangent there. Sorry, Mom.
We have "high hopes" that there will be a reunion tour. Im willing to sell a kidney to get there, wherever in the world it is. (Im sure Rob is willing too) So, any takers? I hear there is an awfully good market for kidneys these days.
